Return & Refund

Infashiow’s mission is to serve our customers with a memorable and unique experience. We have taken all measures to deliver products which are defect free and quality perfect. However, if you find that your product that is unsatisfactory and wish to exchange or return it, our easy return and refund policy will help you do so.

The following steps will provide a clear guidance regarding the entire process:

·         If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at rachana@infashiow.com mentioning your Order No. And a snapshot of the defective area

·        A return request must be placed within 72 hours of the delivery of the product

·        Upon receipt of your request, a mail will be sent confirming the same and an enquiry regarding your bank details for returning funds

·        It will be Infashiow’s responsibility to pick up the product from your doorstep

·        We pay special heed to your complaints. Therefore, your product will undergo quality testing once we receive the product at our centre

·        If the complaint is valid and qualifies Infashiow’s parameters, you will receive another mail confirming the return of the product and the refund

·        You may expect the refund amount to be credited to your bank account within 7-8 business days. Refund will be processed ONLY through net banking.  Infashiow guarantees that all information regarding your banking account will remain private and confidential

·        Infashiow will keep you updated regarding every step via mail

·         Please note that products purchased on DISCOUNT/ OFFERS are NOT eligible for Return / Exchange / Refunds

·        Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for a refund

·        Exclusive Designer Sarees will NOT be ineligible for Return/Exchange/Refunds

·        Please note that you are eligible for one exchange per product only, that is, exchange or refund for a product that has already been exchanged/returned and replaced will not be considered valid

·        Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable

Conditions under which return is infeasible

There are certain circumstances under which a return Infashiow will not accept a return. The following parameters have to be met for validating a return.

1.      The product must be unused

2.      It must not carry any stain, sweat or body odour on it

3.      It must not be torn or damaged

4.      The price tags, label, paper tags should not be altered

5.      The packaging and folding should be intact

6.      The product must not be washed or dry cleaned

7.      Saris that have been customized are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

8.      Saris that have the blouse detached, tassels/pompoms made or fall stitched BY YOU are not eligible for exchange

9.      Made to Order are not eligible for exchange

10.   Infashiow endeavours to ensure that color of the physical product that you receive is matched with the digital image on a computer screen; however, there may be some variation between digital images and physical products.  Therefore, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED on account of color variation.

11.   Please note, our Sarees are Handloom/Handwoven/Handcrafted, hence irregularities eg. in weave are usual and will not be considered as defect/damage. Kindly reach out to our customer care team for any further information.

12.   Products purchased on offers / discounts are not eligible for return / exchange

13.   Order placed for Sarees’ in exchange is ineligible for return/exchange/refund

14.   In case an Exchange request is not ‘approved’ by the QA department (because the product does not fulfil the terms of our exchange policy) the product will be sent back to the customer

Cancellation of any order

Any purchase can be cancelled prior to the initiation of the shipment process. Once the shipment process is started, the product in concern will not be eligible for cancellation. However, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered to you. If a cancellation is requested prior to the shipment of the same, the entire amount paid will be returned.

Important Information: 

Colour discrepancy-

1.      The colours red, maroon and orange tend to reflect differently

2.      The colours green and blue may overlap, as is the case with off-white, white and cream

3.      Sea Green sometimes looks Aqua Blue, and the other way around

4.      For Hand-painted/Handcrafted Hand Painted/Hand block Print Sarees, colour spread and irregularity in design is common, hence they won’t be considered as damaged/defective and no return/refund/exchange request will be considered

Embellishment Issues-

1.      Sequins and beads on a product may come off despite our best effort while packaging

2.      The tassels or pompoms of the Saree are used for providing a finished and enhanced look to Sarees, and may vary in colour shades with that of shown in pictures on website
